Yes. We have a block of rooms at the beautiful Embassy Suites by Hilton Panama City Beach Resort. It is directly across Front Beach Road from the beautiful blue-green water and white sands of Panama City Beach, very close to dining, shopping, and attractions, and about a mile from the wedding and reception venue. The Embassy Suites offers a full cooked breakfast each morning and a daily evening reception. Call 850-328-5545 and ask for the Clader-Sallo wedding block.

The wedding will take place on the sandy beach, so resort casual attire is appropriate. Flip flops welcome!

Please arrive by no later than 4:30 to allow time for parking. Be sure to grab a lei from one of our friends at the entrance to the restaurant! This will identify you as one of our guests. If you arrive early, feel free to enjoy a margarita or your favorite adult beverage at the outdoor bar until ceremony time! Our coordinator will let you know when it is time to head to the beach for ceremony.

There is parking available at the restaurant as well as across the street next to Alvin's Island. Look for signs designating Runaway Island Additional Parking.

There will be limited seating on the beach for ceremony. Seating will be for family and those with mobility or stability issues. Most guests can expect to stand with their toes in the sand for what will be a short but sweet ceremony.

Guests are asked to please remain on the beach for one large group photo of everyone in attendance with the newlyweds! Following this photo, all guests are invited to the 2nd floor of the restaurant for the reception, which will take place in the Ballyhoo Room. From this location, you will witness a gorgeous PCB sunset while enjoying dinner, bar service and dancing!
